By now most of you will have had a chance to look around the new citysocializer. Since launching we’ve received some great initial feedback from you guys telling us what you like, what you could do without, and what you’d like to see in the future.
We’ve also received emails from some members who’ve encountered problems accessing the site and performing certain functions. We’re very sorry to those of you who have experienced these problems and want to reassure you that our team is working hard behind the scenes to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.

In the meantime, here are some temporary steps to take which should improve your experience on the site:
- Where possible access citysocializer via your desktop computer.
- Ensure your browser (e.g Chrome, Firefox) is the most up to date version.
Our new website forms part of a larger platform that we’ve been building over the last 8 months, which in the long-term will allow us to add new features and functions to make it faster and easier for you to meet your kind of people. We hope that you’ll bear with us through the remaining issues in the short term, so that we can show you how we will act on your feedback and improve your experience both online and offline.
