Meet the citysocializer Team: Beth, Community and Customer Service Manager

Team

It’s everyone’s favorite assortment of blog posts! (Mine at least) We’re intruding you systematically to our unsystematic collection of staff.  This time it’s the lovely and bodacious Beth, who some of you may have met because she works closely with the hosts and loves an exciting social.

We took her aside and asked a few festive questions in an attempt to peer into her Christmas spirit.

What would your prefect gift be this Christmas?

An iPad. So please feel free to surprise me.

What’s your holiday tipple?

Vodka. Vodka. Vodka. OH! And a hot chocolate with Baileys at Manchester Christmas Markets

Tell us a joke….

A chicken and an egg are lying in bed. The chicken takes out a cigarette and begins to smoke. The egg, pissed off, takes one look at the chicken, rolls over and pulls the blanket over him and says, “I guess we answered that question!”

Any New Year’s resolutions?

1. Pay off credit card

2. Finish part time Diploma

3. Make the most out of my new city and living in London

What was your first social like?

My first social was very nerve racking – particularly because I had been working for citysocializer for a month or so at this point so felt even more nervous. The social was a Mingle in Manchester and in complete honesty I had absolutely nothing to worry about, everyone was friendly and welcoming, conversation was flowing and I got to meet some very interesting and entertaining people. Again if I’m honest I always get a little bit nervous before attending any social – I think it’s only natural to be like that when you’re going to meet new people but no matter what social it is I always have a great time and come home with a smile on my face.

Merry Christmas Everyone :D
